creating new website/deleting old one

  Hi, I would like to create a new website and blog and delete the old one.
  Can you direct me to the info page or give me some assist?

  If you want to make your site private or delete it, you can do that in your Settings (scroll toward the bottom):
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/

  As for creating a new site, you can do that here:
  https://wordpress.com/start/
