Creating new WordPress website for existing WordPress website on separate account.

  Hello! I am creating a new WordPress website for my client that will replace a current WordPress website they have with a negligent provider. I want to be able to create the website on my own WordPress account, rather than using the previous account, so their website can remain online while I create it.

  I have an admin user account on the WordPress account that is affiliated with the domain, but again, I am building their new site on my account. How would I go about switching the domain from one WordPress account to a new one, once the website is complete? Thanks in advance!
