Creating Order Form

  I was wondering if it is possible to insert an order form into a WordPress.com blog. It would be much easier to offer my current service if this was an option for me. If anyone knows if this is possible and how to do so, I would appreciate it very, very much. Thanks.

  The contact form here has really been expanded and now has a lot of capabilities. Take a look at the support document and see if that will work for you.

  WordPress also now supports Wufoo forms, so that is an option for you also.

  Hi, I have followed the step by step guide of creating a form from the support document. But after the short code appeared on the page and I press publish or update, I still cannot see the form. Help. Thank you.

  @shifonlace2011: Go edit the post/page where you tried to add the contact form. What is the exact code – [contact-form…] etc – you have on your editor? And what is the URL of the post/page in question?
