Creating other pages/menu in header

How do you add pages/menus to the header? I only have the option of adding menus to the social header or primary header. I’ve seen other blogs add different pages/menus to their headers without purchasing additional features. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I see you have a Custom Primary Menu set at your Header Menu location. If you are new to WordPress, you might want to read our support document on Pages and Posts. If you are talking about adding static pages to the top menu, first off create and publish those pages. Once they are published, go to Customized > Menus, go to your Primary Menu and then the published pages will appear in the listings for you to add.
You can read more on Custom Menus here.
