Creating Outside Links On Menu Bar?

  I’m sure the answer lies in the bowels of the archives on these forums but I’m hoping TT has some knowledge she has to hand. I want to create a link on my menu bar, so where it says Home, About, I want to create a link next to it that leads to a different blog page. Just wondering if this is possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
