creating pages within posts

  Hello

  Is there a way to link to documents from within a post without creating a new post.

  What I want to do is link to a page with an email I sent but not have to create hte email as a post. For example:
  “I sent this email (link to email) to 5 fuzzy bunnies and they were very happy.”

  Where it says link to email I want to be able to have a link to a page that have the email.

  How can I do this?

  Just highlight it and link to it.
