creating posts for additional pages

  i have my main page that I blog on, but I have created separate page where i would like to make additional posts separate from the ones on the main page, plus I would like to notify readers each time i’ve updated with a new post on a page, not just the homepage. how do i go about doing this?

  Pages are a form of content, like posts, so they can’t actually contain posts.

  Instead, I recommend utilizing your categories and category archive pages.
