Creating product has failed

    In February 2024 I was able to set up a payments plan via a paid content block on a post on my WP website.

    Now, in early March 2024, that payment plan no longer works.

    Stripe is still connected to my WP site/account.

    When I try to create a payments plan via a paid content block on a post, it doesn’t work.

    Nor am I able to create a payments plan on WordPress.com, at Tools -> Monetize -> Payment Settings -> Payment plans, receiving the following error message instead:

    ‘Creating product has failed.’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    I’ve checked it, and the site sovereignvibe.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.

    Your site is hosted with Cloudflare. You need to contact them to get assistance with this site. You can also reach out to the WordPress.org community
