You can change text color and size:
`YOUR TEXT HERE</span></span>Or change background and text colors:

This should do the same with less code:
<span style="background: #ff0; color:#000;">YOUR TEXT HERE</span>If the style attribute is removed from the “span” tags, replace “span” with “div”
