Creating separate posts for each page on menu bar
-
Hi.
So essentially I’m trying to create an online magazine type of feel for my blog. I know that on the ‘Home’ page it shows all the different things you post. How do I make it so that I can create separate posts on my different pages on my menu bar.
I guess the best way I can describe it is like this.
I have a section (Menu bar page) called Art. Under that I have Artists as a subpage. I want to keep the Art as an category on the menu bar want, but I want the ‘Artists’ page to be where you would see actual content and separate posts instead of adding new content and it updating everything as one continuous post.
Pretty much like if you went to vogue.com and looked at their category ‘Fashion’ (for example) and under that specific page you’ll see separate articles.Super detailed and probably made it sound more complicated than I had to… Sorry.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should add categories e.g. “Art” to your posts. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/ for information on adding categories.
Once you add categories to your posts, virtual category pages are created. You need to link these category pages to your menu. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/ for more details.
