Creating short links (rather than short urls)

  Hi

  I’m trying to create short links to websites on the “Links” page of my blog, see page:
  http://thackraymagicandmedicine.wordpress.com/conference/resources/
  Links rather than a short url though. So for example a live link “Cornell Digital Library”, instead of http://digital.library.cornell.edu/w/witch/digital.html

  Does anyone know how to do this please? Thanks for your help.
