Creating simple website with embedded social feeds?

    I’m building a webpage where the main content is curated media feeds from Tumblr, Twitter, and Reddit. I’m imagining users will go to the website to see the feeds, leave comments, and find relevant ads. I’m looking for simple themes or building blocks I can use to build this.

    I’m struggling to find a suitable theme on WordPress, does anyone have experience creating simple websites like this?
