Creating Student Platform

I want to make a platform that colleges pay for. their students get to use it to find clubs and activities around campus. there is an interactive map with clickable pinpoints of each activity, as well as a calendar view of each activity. Only student group leaders will have access to post activities. there is also a page where the list of groups on campus appear, and when you click on one, a description of the group and list of members pop up. there is also a button to click to join the group, and a button that can be clicked to message a group’s leader with questions. there is a direct messaging feature where students can message each other built into all pages. there is also a private profile page for each student so they can adjust their settings. Is this possible?
