Creating subdomain
-
I have my website registered through godaddy and my blog on wordpress. I have it set up so that when you type in LIMBXLIMB.com it loads up my blog and in the address bar it says LIMBXLIMB.com.
I also have a bigcartel store that I’d like to be hosted under SHOP.LIMBXLIMB.com.
In the beginning wordpress instructed me to switch the name servers to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM.
This took away the ability to add cnames under the godaddy options.
How can I create a subdomain SHOP.LIMBXLIMB.COM to “host” my big cartel store?
Sorry I’m not really a web guy so I don’t know the technical terms.
Thanks in advance for any help if any of this makes sense.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see why using wordpress.com for your main domain takes away the ability to set CNAMES for subdomains. Those two are unrelated. It is only if you buy your domain through wordpress.com that you cannot set CNAMES to your domain.
