Creating the ABOUT page

I am trying to create the ABOUT page. I know where pages are added, but I am not finding specifically where the ABOUT page is created. Does this page require a specific THEME? Thanks for any assistance with this.

Hello.
It looks like you are using the Karuna theme. The about page is already set up for you. Go to Home -> Pages. If you don’t see it there, check your trash. Items that have been accidentally moved to the trash can be restored as long as it is within 30 days from the time the item was trashed.
Once the page is restored, you can edit it to your liking and you’ll be on your way to an awesome about page in no time!
(For help navigating the editing of this theme go to Home -> Click on Themes. You’ll see your current theme listed at the top of the page along with an information button. If you click that, you will find helpful information about each piece of your site and how to edit it to best suit your needs.)

I was able to restore the page that was in the trash. But when I go back to the Page tab, this page is not identified as the ABOUT page. Is there any way to change it to the about page?
Also, I do not see the ABOUT page on my theme. -
