Creating User Rigistration System

  I wana create a user rigistration system , so any user can singup easily and if he or she wana download any thing from my site first he login than download or whatever he or she want to do..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks For Your Kind suggestion i will try this than replied if working or not than again ask until i perform it ..
