Creating website for selling educational materials

  Hi, Just wondering if there are any example templates with the requirement below
  1.) Website for education
  2.) selling educational materials where by visitors pay for individual learning materials
  3.) once the visitor has paid the learning material will appear on the account.
  4.) if they don’t have an account, the site will create new account and email them the password. or they create the login details
  5.) the idea is that the material will be displayed on their login page and they can access it at any time. the learning materials are in format of pdf which can’t be downloaded
