  Hi
  Is it possible to bulk create 60 websites so that each member of a class can have his/her own?

  Each person must create their own wordpress.com username account using a unique email address that will become their identifier, and then register their own site(s).

  Hi there,

  If all these accounts will be created from the same network you might run into a block. In that case please let us know so we can help get your school’s IP address whitelisted on our end.

  Also, as @timethief said above, if your students and younger than 13 we’ll need parental consent for each one to create an account. Please let me know if that’s the case so we can help with this process.
