Creating WP site that allows user to user sales?

I know there are plugins that make this work, but I need the following options included or available to be developed in:
1. Site takes commission for sale.
2. User can register as seller or buyer.
3. Both user types can show in public profile options on how they want buy/sell, and is viewable to others in a list or search of categories.
4. Payment can be held by site until buyer and/or seller have completed service.Anyone know of any plugins like this, or something closed that can be edited to do so? Thanks ahead of time for the helpful suggestions!

If you’ve already checked out the various marketplace / classified plugins and aren’t finding something that fits those needs exactly, you’ll likely need to develop a custom plugin, or hire someone to develop for you. You may be able to extend some existing work, too.
Going forward, these forums are actually for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Our setup is a bit different, and free sites don’t support outside plugins like this:
Our Business Plan does support plugins, but those sites come with direct support.
