Creation of blog with my own domain name

I purchased a domain name from godaddy.com and i also purchased hosting from GlobeHost.com, but i dont know how to create blog with my own domain name in wordpress.com. So please help me for creating blog from wordpress.com

You will need to make sure you are on an upgraded plan that allows for custom domain names, then after that you can set up your domain name using Domain Mapping, found here:

WordPress comes in 2 flavors: the fully hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org which is hosted elsewhere.This support guide explains some of the differences between them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
A domain name can only be used on one site at a time. If you have purchased hosting from GlobeHost and want to set up your blog there, you don’t also need to create another blog or site here on WordPressdotcom as well.
However, if you want to move to WordPressdotcom and use your domain name here, then as @nixiack8 mentioned, you will need to purchase an upgrade plan. Here’s a guide which will help you to move your site here: https://transferto.wordpress.com
