Creative Commons License HTML not working in page

  Hi there. I can not get the HTML on the following page to work:
  http://kjphoto.us/creative-commons-copyright/

  I do have it in a text widget and it works fine. However the home / landing page of my website / blog does not allow for sidebars. My goal is to have a separate page listing this license and displaying the same badge that appears in the widget / sidebar on all other pages, on this page alone by itself. Am I doing something wrong or is this just simply not allowed? Please let me know. Thank you for any and all help. Much appreciated.

  Put it in the TEXT editor, not the VISUAL editor.
