Creative Commons License Plug-in

  Is there an ability to add a Creative Commons License Plug-in to the basic WordPress.com? Or do I have to purchase an upgrade to have that ability? If so, what upgrade would I need?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, you could add a license statement to your sidebar via a text widget or even a CC license image via an image widget.
