Creator is missing

    I have a Creator Subscription for 3 years purchased in early 2023.
    I have no idea how to use it.
    I followed instructions to disconnect it from my website (which has now expired) and the WordPress mirror site had now reverted back to Free site. Where has the rest of my 3 year subscription gone?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Looks like the Creator plan was cancelled and removed from your WordPress.com site. Can you share more about why it was disconnected and your intentions for the plan / site?
