  Hello! I paid for the creator plan and its still asking me to pay another $300 to upload my own theme or use a premium theme.

  Hi there!

  You shouldn’t have to upgrade again to upload your own theme, as the WordPress.com Creator plan, which is currently active on your WordPress.com site, allows the use of third-party themes and plugins.

  Are you still being asked to pay another $300 to upload your own theme? If yes, could you share a screenshot of the message along with a link to the page where you see it? This will help us troubleshoot the issue on your site.
