    I was told that i ll be able to cancel plan before 30 days but now i am unable

    To confirm, was it the Creator Plan that you purchased? Under your account, I see the Explorer Plan that was purchased back on 1/22, but no Creator Plan. If you did purchase the Creator Plan, it is under a different WordPress.com account than this one.
