Creator Plan – Site Import using zip files

  Hello,
  I am new to WordPress and I am trying to import a site with a zip drive of PHP files for a client. Do I need to upgrade to creator to have access to my databases and to create a new database for this action?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  You will need the WordPress.com Creator plan for this. The Creator plan gives you access to SFTP and database, but you won’t be able to create new databases since each site can have a single database, and it’s automatically created with the site. That’s why migrating using a plugin like the one mentioned above is recommended.
