    Hi there!

    SFTP credentials (which can use based on FileZilla) are only available for WordPress.com Business plan sites that have plugins or custom themes installed. WordPress.com sites on lower plans, including the free plan (which your site is on), do not have SFTP credentials. So you can’t use FileZilla on a free WordPress.com site.

    Can you tell me what you wanted to do via FileZilla? Perhaps what you want to do can be achieved in a different way.

    You definitely need the WordPress.com Business plan with plugins enabled to access your site’s files via FileZilla. But once we know more as to what you’d like to do there, we can suggest alternatives if available.
