  I am transferring a site to a new owner. Yet, I’ve already been billed and want the new owner to pay for it. How do I get a credit?

  I’d be happy to look into this with you!

  Since refunding a domain would cancel the subscription itself, I would instead recommend transferring the site over to the new owner, so the future charges will be associated with the new owner instead.
