Credit

    Hello,

    I previously had a domain that I unfortunately allowed to expire.

    I tried to pay for an additional year, but ‘somehow’ <blush> thought the fee was only $17 for the year, and so paid such. I later found that my payment was insufficient, but was unable to pay the additional monies in order to proceed. So, I contacted one of your associates, and it was explained to me that I would have a $17 credit whenever I was prepared to renew my domain subscription.

    I attempted to do so this evening; and initially, I saw the $17 identified as a credit, but when I began the process to pay the balance, the $17 credit disappeared, and it reverted back to the full amount?

    Could you please check to see what is happening here? Much appreciated :)

    I can see the credits were deducted from your account, but I can’t see a reason why, so I’ve added them to your account again.

    If you try to purchase an upgrade again, the $17 should be deducted from the total cost of the upgrade you buy. Let me know if you need any more help.
