  This is the support forum for sites hosted at WordPress.com. That domain isn’t hosted here. You’d need to approach the host directly for advice.
  However if you’re talking about some other site that is hosted here or about a WordPress.com upgrade you’ve purchased within the last 30 days can you provide more details.

  I don’t see any credits available on the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here. Where exactly are you seeing credit available?

  WordPress.com credits added to an account as a discount or instead of a refund cannot be reimbursed/cashed in. WordPress.com credits can only be used for future payments for WordPress.com upgrades.
