  I can’t pay with my credit card for theme website but it’s working on other website
  Just made a payment on amazon ( book ) to check

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot upload any third party themes into a WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear on that. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs like your blog are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  create own own layouts,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.

  WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  If you are trying to purchase a premium theme from WordPress.COM for a WordPress.COM blog http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ then what follows applies.

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  Hello

  I meant my credit didnt work, i want to upgrade or pay for a new theme but it’s not working …

  I use my credit card to check if i had a problem , My credit card is working well, but i cant still pay anything on your website only ( even try through paypal )

  what is the problem ?

  Oh wait! I assume you are logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog because you will not be able to navigate to > Store > My Upgrades make any purchase if you aren’t.

  Actually I paid with the same exact bank account ( with paypal but i didnt use credit card but bank transfer ;) it’s work very well :-) I know i have enought fund ;)

  Im pretty sure, you guys have a problem on your side, i prefer to tell you that cause u might lost some customers :-)
