  I am about to renew my service, but an email from support reads that my credit card is about to expire. In fact it’s not due to expire for 2 months.

  Hi there,

  I see that on January 2, 2013 you successfully renewed your space upgrade. Is this the upgrade that you received that notice for? If so, it has gone through!

  I suspect that the wording of the email to remind you to update your credit card info is not specific enough.

  Just let me know if you have a different upgrade that you need to renew!
