Credit Card

My credit card is from a bank in Germany because I am European and my main account is there … but I have no had any address there in the last 20 years and I live in Brasil.
Recently WordPress asked me to renew the information of my credit card and I filled the form accordingly with the new german credit card I have from my account in Germany… up to the windows ‘ Country’ and ‘ Postal code’ where I put ‘Brasil’ and the postal code of my home in Brasil …
The problem is that I am not sure whether my card has been accepted by the site due to this apparent contradiction of countries and postal code … I my account it has been apparently accepted (as it has been for many years before with the older card) … but I received a new e-mail menacing me of loosing my account …
Can anybody ensure me that it has really been accepted ? Any reason to fear that my blog might disappear suddenly?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The account that you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades at all, so there’s nowhere you would be able to add a credit card. What is the address of the site where you added payment details?
