Hi Patrick,
The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. The credit card set on the Billing History page of your account will be used for any new payments you make, but there are no existing upgrades on your account that can be renewed.
The domain and premium plan for indiepulsemusic.com belong to a different account, and those upgrades do not currently have a valid payment method connected to them. To re-enable automatic renewal on that upgrade, please log in as that account, and add a payment method directly to the upgrade itself on the Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Payment info added on the billing history page can only be used for new purchases, not for renewals. The payment method for renewals have to be set for each individual upgrade on the Purchases page.

Now I am really confused. I was invited to be a contributing editor to Indie Pulse Music. I don’t get paid for this. Am I being asked to pay to renew the page I post to on Indie Pulse Music? do I have to pay to post free content to Indie Pulse Music?
Do I have an account of my own or am I posting to a page on Indie Pulse music?
Sorry to be dense. Can’t I just keep posting as I do every week?

Hi Patrick,
In your initial question you said the blog you need help with is indiepulsemusic.com, so that’s what we were working with.
If you meant to mention a different site, can you send its link? Again, this account you’re posting from doesn’t own upgrades. If you’ll log out and log into the correct account (you could use the email address that got the renewal notification) you should be able to update the card as you’d like.
If you’re not sure what account that is, send a link to the correct site and we’ll help you sort it out.
