    I canceled my subscription last year, but my credit card was billed. Why?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com accounts with the username gatesreview.

    Please use your payment details on this page to locate what the charge was for: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    After entering the payment details, you’ll see the option to contact billing support directly on that page. Please submit the form and we’ll get back to you via email.

    Alternatively, if you can locate the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (It can be located on your credit card statement), please send that to us via the account recovery form (don’t post it here). We’ll then get back to you via email and help you log in to the correct account or help with canceling the subscription/refunding if applicable.
