Credit card billed, but no idea for what site or what account

I haven’t used WordPress for some time, and I just got an annual bill that I’d like to get sorted out. I don’t use this account and have no idea what the login is for the account that got billed. Can someone contact me so I can get this sorted out? My e-mail with this account is one I can check. Thanks!

To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

Hi @snooptodd00, I don’t see charges on this account, but the safest and fastest way to find the account that was charged is through https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ , as @timethief mentioned. Have you tried that yet?

Hmm … I just tried that and got an “oh no something doesn’t seem quite right” error message.

Hmm, a generic error. Can you double check the date to be sure it’s in the right format? You should be filling in the name, date of charge (MM/DD/YYYY), last four of the card number, and the amount.

Yeah, date format was entered correctly and I tried several days prior and after the date of the charge as well. Is there a number that I call to try to sort this out? I’m not great and going back and forth on forums.
