Credit Card billed too many times

  I paid for Domain Mapping this evening and received an e-mailed receipt. Problem is there are two additional charges on my credit card for the same thing. Only need to purchase it once. What happened ?

  Problem is there are two additional charges on my credit card for the same thing.

  I checked your Billing History and can see two receipts:

  • $13 for Domain Mapping
  • $0 for Domain Mapping (card details updated)

  Just to confirm: you are seeing two charges on your credit card statement, both for $13. Is that correct?

  Once I know more, I’ll look into this for you.
