Credit Card change rejected; whom do we contact?

  I’m consulting remotely for a client on sdrcworks.com. The client needs to update the account information to charge a new credit card for domain hosting, but he says the system refuses to accept the change. He says he has had this problem with this card with other orgs and needs to resolve the problem over the phone. Is there a number my client can call to handle this problem? Or can we handle it online?

  There is no phone support here. Provided he is logged in under the username account that registered the blog and also purchased the upgrades for the blog he ought to be able to update your credit card information on this page > Store > My Upgrades.
