  How do I contact someone to get information about a charge on my credit card?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any recent charges for the account you’re using to post here – you used to own a Jetpack Personal plan for https://lesliephippsfoundation.org/, but that plan was cancelled in June 2020, and the last charge was in June 2019.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
