  Hi there,
  My credit card was charged from WordPress for $18, although I’m not currently on a paid plan. Help!

  Hi @cindysmies, $18 sounds like the cost of a domain with privacy. I can see the domain you mentioned is under another account, and was recently renewed there.

  Do you intend to keep that domain or use it for other purposes, or are you hoping to cancel that permanently? Please log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders, too, so we’ll have authorization from the correct account.
