Credit Card Charge
-
Hi! Yesterday I selected the option “Free Premiere account for 30 days”, I followed all steps til the end and entered my credit card; after that I decided to cancel my free subscription. Today my bank told me that Word Press charged me money from my credit card, so my bank canceled my card because they considered a suspicious mount.
So I write to you because I don’t want anymore my free premiere subscription in order to please cancel all the charges that I understand you don’t have to do it because it is a free trial.
Thank you very much! I’m still interested in Word Press but after that I want to learn more about it with the total free version!

Hi there,
It doesn’t look like your card was charged for the $99 amount. You shouldn’t have been charged for the trial. We just collect your credit card information at the start of the trial since you’re charged after 30 days.
I went ahead and added a Premium bundle to your account with an expiration date set for 5/30/14. You will not be automatically charged on that date. If you want to keep the bundle, you’ll need to renew manually through the link here:
