Credit Card Charged

    Hello,
    So I recently got the starter pack for WordPress and it charged around $48. Then I upgraded my plan for better efficiency and I paid $52 on the same credit card. It did show a $48 discount. However, on my Credit Card, it shows a double transaction and I would like to remove the first transaction and only pay the $52 dollar for the Explorer pack. Can I get a refund for my first transaction since it already upgraded or will that transaction just be removed from my credit card?

    Based on your account history, I can see you first purchased the Starter subscription for US$43.20 (you have used a discount for the purchase).
    Next, you have upgraded the Explorer plan and paid only US$48.00.
    The regular price of the Explorer plan is US$96.00, and you have paid only for the difference in the plan price.

    There’s nothing you can be refunded for.
