Credit Card charged without activation of account and usage of service.

    Hi, I had registered for a blog on 01/06/2015 and added my credit card for a trial plan but I did not complete the transaction. Even I did not activate my amount but today (15/06/2015) I was charged $99. I did not get any reminder email that my plan is expiring. I could not see the charge in my account. When I enter the CC details then also nothing comes up. I need a full refund as I do not want to use any of you service.

    I have looked into the account you are posting from and no upgrades were purchased. If you have another WordPress.com account could you let us know the site address of that site.
