CREDIT CARD charged without my authorization ! URGENT

Hello..the 23 th september 2014 i have been charged 122.22 canadian dollars on my credit card . I did NOT renew the service and they charged anyways. And i did not received an email saying i will be charged etc…
I want a refund as soon as possible..i need my credit card money cause i am moving in the city !! Now you are putting me in bad situation… I am very unhappy about how you used my credit card number without autorisation. After refund i will certainly delete my wordpress account!!

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

and i have no trace on the site history that i bought an upgrade.. i started that blog the 10th of september 2014 and in the paiement section it says 0.00 I was not supposed to be charged premium.

i had signed up for a free trial of our WordPress.com Premium bundle. But i canceled the renewel long time ago…i did not want the premium to be charged after the free trial…i dont understand why my credit card was used. And how can i erase my credit card number from your data base…im really concerned about the safety now.

You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

i am log in as an admin on my blog…and under boutique (store) and Mes paiements ( billiing history) i still only see the 10th september 2014 at 0.00 .
I had stop the renewel of the free premium upgrade before the trial period was up…this i do remember……but i still got charged 122.22 dollars the 24th september.

The charge was voided and did not get processed. At most it should have been a pending transaction. It should disappear if not already. Let me know if that is not the case!

I just checked and I only see one charge on your account for $13. Is this the charge you’re seeing doubled?
