Credit Card Charges

  Hello,

  On April 3rd, I signed up for a premium account. Immediately after, I requested a refund as I meant to use the wordpress.org system. I have receipts that show that all of my transactions were cancelled. I have checked my credit card history, and it shows WordPress.com is still charging me. I want my money back as I am not using this account anymore. Please help. Thank you.

  It can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
