  I’m being charged for something I didn’t purchase. How can I contact someone to get a refund and stop these charges from hitting my credit card repeatedly in the future?

  There’s not any charges or renewals attached to the account that you’ve used to contact us. Do you know which site you’re being charged for?

  I keep getting notifications that my account is about to expire, because the card expired, but I swear I plugged in the new card (and it’s reflected on the site) but I still keep getting these notifications!

  davidleesimmons – the card on file will expire in January. It needs updated before your January 25th renewal.
