Credit Card declined

  I would like to upgrade my account but it is saying that my credit card is declined. I am not sure why. I am a teacher and this is a district credit card so it should be fine, but details as to why it was declined would be helpful.

  Hi there,

  I would suggest contacting the card issuer and see if there is some sort of block, or problem with the card.
