Credit card declined

    Hi,

    I’m trying to buy a theme and buy USA Aria payment plugins but my credit card is always declined. And make my friends to test , are the same, all of payments are declined. so i download different payments plugins to try, the same results. It’s a Visa、Mastercard credit card and I spoke with My bank and comfirm everything is ok. Can anybody help me? Thank you!

    We don’t sell anything called an Aria payment plugin, and your account doesn’t own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.

    Please contact support at the site where you’re trying to buy these products directly for help.

    I do see you’ve used this WordPress.com account to buy a number of premium add-ons on WooCommerce.com, but I don’t see any declined charges on our end. If this is happening for another add-on you’re trying to buy over there, please contact WooCommerce support directly at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. You’ll want the Account option on that contact form for help with this.
