    I’m trying to upgrade to a paid plan, but my credit card is declining. The card works fine. Please approve the charge.

    We received the auto-response email after posting this message, but we didn’t receive any subsequent email. This is extremely frustrating, as we’re trying to upgrade to a paid account, but there seems to be no way to contact you other than through this public forum.

    Hi there, I can’t see the billing email, but I can see they responded. I wonder if their answers are going to spam.

    That said, I can see the account should allow you to make the purchase attempt again. Are you still having trouble with that?
