Credit card declined

Hi,
I’m trying to buy a theme but my credit card is always declined. It’s a Mastercard credit card and I spoke with de bank and everything is ok. Can anybody help me? Thank you!

I’ll tag this thread with modlook tag to bring it to staff’s notice but this really doesn’t seem to be an issue from our end.
Till the time staff gets hold of this double check if you are entering correct Credit Card details and also check if your limit’s exceeding.Hope that helps.

Below are the only accepted means of payment.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

Hi @provagr19, we aren’t able to see details on why it was declined since that’s between you and your bank. I can say I’ve heard of a few cases though where the card was more like a debit card and needed already-deposited funds to work. I’ve occasionally seen a similar thing with PayPal where the funds need to already be in the account.
If possible, I’d recommend using a different card. Otherwise if they still can’t help you through, you might try using a search engine with any error codes you’re getting back to see if you can find more information. Best wishes!
